In accordance with many people’s opinion, studying abroad has many considerations to think. Many of them reckon that someone studies in another country is going to feel uncomfortable with the condition, situation, and life style which has been daily consumption by society in a foreign country. The discomfort is going to affect the way students’ daily study. There is a possibility that students are no longer focus on their study, caused by those who are easily influenced by the community culture. Furthermore, something that often becomes a burden for many people is a problem of high living cost. As we know, not all of our communities are classified as people who are in financial capable. Therefore, the daily living cost in a foreign country is one thing that should be considered. Even though many people are capable enough to maintain tuition, pocket money, or monthly money, but still- money is not everything. It does not rule out the possibility that occasionally students who are studying abroad will feel lonely because they live so far away from their families and friends in hometowns, even though they are fulfilled with money. With a long distance from parental control, it can be easily that students shirking their responsibility in study, feeling free, and get influenced with a culture in a country where they study. However, notice that studying abroad is not as bad as people imagine. Precisely, so many benefits students can get by studying in other countries, because the different culture is not a big problem for them. Try to think critically. By living and learning a culture in a foreign country, students can held a further research towards societies’ habit there. With so, students can make some comparisons between two different cultures by doing considerations about the advantages and disadvantages. With that thing, it does not mean that students are easily influenced with the people habit. Students can blend and create a good communication without have to follow their habits that we think are imitated inappropriate.

Upon doing some
contacts and communications with foreign people, surely they will get used to
speak with foreign language in daily activities to increase students’ skill in
speaking. With so, students are going to
be easily to correct their mistakes in speaking.
Back to the issue
of money, students should not be protracted in difficulty. Nowadays, many universities
or school in other countries supply full scholarship program for students who
have remarkable ingenuity. With so, students are not going to think hard about
the living cost. Afterwards, how about the long distance of parental control?
The answer is students do not have to be in comprehensive. If students get used
to live without the parental control, precisely they are going to be
independent. With the autonomy, students will face the real world. Students who
have awareness in their responsibility must be able to go through those things
as a new challenge. In order to more clearly, take a look at these following
examples which are showing that studying abroad has more benefits.
First, an undergraduate college student of English
Literature has index of cumulative performance about 3,8 with the TOEFL score
is 550. With that point, she/ he can get full scholarship to continue his/her
study into postgraduate/ master program in Australia without have to think
about the living cost, at least that thing can decrease costs. Afterwards,
there is a college student who wants to increase her/ his skill in English. He/
she get used to speak with some Native Speakers.
From the explanation above, it does not rule out the
possibility that studying abroad offers more advantages than the disadvantages.
